Deux mois après le début d'une pandémie mortelle, venue de la zone démilitarisée, qui a dévasté les États-Unis et la Corée du Nord, un homme appelé "Carter" se réveille sans aucun souvenir de son passé. Dans sa tête, un mystérieux dispositif. Dans l'oreille, une voix inconnue qui lui donne des ordres tandis que dans sa bouche, une bombe risque d'exploser s'il ne sauve pas la fille qui possède le seul antidote contre le virus. Et, pour ne rien arranger, la CIA et des putschistes nord-coréens sont à ses trousses. Carter doit réussir sa mission et se rendre au Nord pour trouver cette fille. Son combat pour la survie se déroule en un seul plan-séquence bourré d'action !
