Dans un petit village reculé, deux adolescents sont portés disparus. Tout porte à croire qu’il s’agit de « l’Ogre », un tueur sanguinaire qui enleva des enfants dix ans auparavant. Pour mettre fin à ce cauchemar, deux policiers que tout oppose se lancent à sa poursuite. D’un côté Rio, un capitaine incorruptible, et de l’autre Méda, un flic brisé par la vie et incontrôlable. Mais quand le monstre enlève un nouvel enfant, l’enquête prend un tournant désespéré.
